About
Pure Pacific TV is a network streaming original films, shorts, television series, cultural news bits, and vintage television from Hawaii’s oldest archives.
We provide images and stories on what’s happening in Hawaii and the Pacific to the deserts of the far west. From extreme water sports and mixed martial arts, to food & wine, arts & culture, travel, health, science, education and green sustainable innovations.
We’re particularly interested in authentic cultural and environmental stories set in and about the Pacific region, and about indigenous cultures. We’re proponents of environmental preservation, conservation of natural resources, endangered species, native traditions and cultural sustainability.
Is this a TV network or a website? PurePacific.tv is both. Actually, we’re more. We provide media content that includes original feature documentary films and you can watch us on your mobile phone, computer, or kicking back with a bowl of popcorn in front of your flat screen. Some of our series (Local Justice, Shaka Shakedown) are even affected by viewer’s input.
Who are we? We’re a group of professionals. Most of us reside in Hawaii and the Pacific region. Our field reporters are in Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, Boston, NYC, Washington D.C., and Tahiti. We welcome new friends with cameras and good stories.
PurePacific.tv encourages greater understanding of our human similarities and our precious environments.
